REGINA PACIS PRAYER GROUP.

In response to frequent requests by Our Lady, Queen of Peace in her messages given at Medjugorje since 1981, this group was formed in 1989. Members are committed to living and spreading the messages of peace, reconciliation and conversion through prayer, penance and fasting. Shared publications and messages enable group members to reach out to similar groups around the world.

The group meets for prayer every Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Each prayer session consists of scripture reading, discussion of messages, intercessory prayer, rosary, Divine Mercy chaplet, prayer for the sick, our country and its leaders, our church and the hierarchy, youth, end to abortion and peace for the entire world.

Members also assist with various projects of GOSPA Florida, Inc., a non-profit ministry which founded the prayer group including the annual Medjugorje Anniversary Celebration held on June 25 at one of our St. Augustine Diocese churches. Occasionally members also meet socially.
